A Wonderful Evening with the Lake Monsters

What a great way to spend a beautiful summer night in Vermont ... at a Lake Monsters game! Advisors, staff, clients and friends gathered last Saturday for baseball, food, Star Wars characters, and post-game fireworks at PFA's annual Lake Monsters Client Appreciation Night at Centennial Field.

This is the third year for this event, designed to show our gratitude to our clients for giving us the opportunity to serve them.

We would like to thank everyone who came out to spend the evening with us, as well as all of the Lake Monsters' staff for helping us host a successful event again this year. We would also like to thank Jackson National for their continued support of this fun event.

Lee Brings 30 Years of Investment Experience to PFA

COLCHESTER, VT, April 23, 2019 - Professional Financial Associates, LLC (PFA) in Colchester is pleased to announce the addition of George Lee to the team as an Investment Advisor Representative. George brings more than 30 years of investment management experience, working with Sentinel Investments, Dwight Asset Management, and KDP Investment Advisers. He has worked in a variety of capacities, both as a quantitative investment analyst and as a high yield credit analyst.

George brings a broad range of experience and training to help simplify the investment process in today’s complex financial and economic environment. Working from a foundation of knowledge, integrity and service, he has earned a reputation as a respected and effective professional.

George holds a BA from Stanford University and an MA in Economics from New York University. He obtained his CFA® (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation in 1992. ​George was, previously, a member of the board of directors of the Vermont Institute for Science, Math and Technology.

Join Team PFA at the 30th Annual COTS Walk

On May 5th, members of the PFA team, along with their families, clients and friends will once again be participating in the annual COTS Walk. This is an important event where we all learn about homelessness in our community and pledge to make a difference, and we would love your support!

The Montys at the 2018 COTS Walk

The 3.5-mile trek around downtown Burlington starts from Battery Park and follows the path a person experiencing homelessness might travel to connect with COTS shelter and services.

Check-in begins at 1 p.m., and the Walk kicks off at 2 p.m. Walkers head down the Church Street Marketplace, up Main Street and into surrounding neighborhoods. Along the way, walkers are invited inside of COTS’ numerous buildings.

The Walk takes about 1-2 hours to complete, ending back at Battery Park where walkers are met with music and Ben & Jerry’s.
