Tim has been advising clients around Vermont and New England since 2004. His areas of expertise are fee based financial planning, retirement income planning, cash flow analysis, wealth management and protection solutions. Tim grew up in Vermont within a family of outdoor enthusiasts. After high school he attended Clarkson University while running a summertime business providing guided canoe and kayak tours to individuals, families and businesses throughout New England.
Tim and his wife Rebecca live in Richmond with their son Maxon, daughter Taylor, and two fun loving dogs. The two enjoy spending time with family and friends, golfing, hiking, paddling, participating in community programs and running a hobby size maple sugaring operation on their property in town.
Rebecca has been a top producer in the industry since she began her career in 2006. She provides a wide range of financial advisory services, including retirement planning, estate conservation, protection planning, and business succession, to an established clientele of professionals, entrepreneurs and multi-generational families.
Working diligently to truly understand a client’s situation, Rebecca excels in understanding the whole picture quickly. She considers how clients think and feel about their current financial situations, and she uses her expertise in financial planning to help clients set goals and make the right decisions.
Rebecca loves spending time with her husband and children outdoors, exploring Vermont and getting together with friends and family.

George Lee, CFA
Investment Advisor Representative
George has been an investment professional in Vermont for the past 30 years, joining the PFA team in January 2019. Previously, George held positions at Sentinel Investments, Dwight Asset Management, and KDP Investment Advisers. He has worked in a variety of capacities, both as a quantitative investment analyst and as a high yield credit analyst. He has also had significant experience in the management of investment operations.
George brings a broad range of experience and training to help simplify the investment process in today’s complex financial and economic environment. Working from a foundation of knowledge, integrity and service, he has earned a reputation as a respected and effective professional.
George holds a BA from Stanford University and an MA in Economics from New York University. He obtained his CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation in 1992.
George was, previously, a member of the board of directors of the Vermont Institute for Science, Math and Technology.
Financial Services Team Associate
Abraham Trabulsy is a recent graduate from the Grossman School of Business at the University of Vermont. During his four years at UVM, Abraham was a member of the Student Affairs Advisory Board, acting as a representative of the greater student body. As a managing and founding member of the Green Mountain Investment Fund, he helped to successfully manage a small percentage of the UVM endowment.
Since joining the PFA team in June of 2020, Abe has supported both the financial planning and wealth management portion of the business.
When not working, Abe is a volunteer and a summer week staff member for Camp Ta-Kum-Ta, a local camp for pediatric cancer patients, where he was a camper in his youth. He also is an active volunteer for the Vermont Welcome Wagon Project, where provides marketing and administrative support.
Abe lives in Colchester and enjoys boating, golfing, skiing and spending time with his friends and family.
Kylie has worked within the financial services industry since graduating from the University of Vermont in 2018. At UVM she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business, a concentration in Finance, and minors in both Economics and Statistics.
Prior to her work at PFA, Kylie helped both individual and business clients with their banking, lending, and investing needs. Her favorite thing about the financial services industry is the ability to help clients set and achieve their goals. Additionally, she is currently enrolled at Champlain College pursuing her MBA.
When not working with clients, Kylie enjoys spending time with her fiancé, family, and friends. A native Vermonter, she tries to spend as much time as possible outside in the summertime and loves finding new hiking spots to explore.

Ellen has worked with PFA since 2018. In her role as a paraplanner, Ellen supports the team with data input and analysis utilizing Personal Financial View software. This allows us to provide customized reporting and actionable recommendations to help clients achieve their personal and financial goals.
Ellen graduated cum laude from Boston College with a degree in Economics and English, and is a Certified Financial Planner™. When not at work she enjoys traveling and spending time on Cape Cod with her family.
Melissa drives the PFA brand strategy and is the key brand liaison for both internal and market partners. She works to develop short- and long-term strategies and executes the brand vision through marketing and business development.
Prior to joining the PFA team in 2016, Melissa led marketing efforts at a top local real estate firm, a professional trade association and a marketing/advertising company. She also spent many years as a reporter, designer and editor at newspapers throughout the United States. Melissa has a BA in Public Relations from Western Kentucky University and studied in the University of Northern Colorado's Sports Marketing Graduate Program.
Melissa enjoys coffee, travel, reading, and spending time with her family and her dogs.
Betty has years of client service and operations experience in both the financial and public sector. She was most recently a Program Technician with the State of Vermont, and previously worked as an Office Manager and Executive Assistant at Strategic Wealth Coach in Essex Junction.
Betty received her Associate in Science Degree from Champlain College and currently holds her Series 6 License. She has volunteered with the Christmas Castle Program and the Salvation Army.
